1. About Sofancys
Sofancys is the public business name used for this United States-based online digital design store. We sell downloadable SVG cut files, embroidery designs, PNG files, drinkware templates, and related digital products to customers in the United States and worldwide.
Sofancys operates exclusively online and does not currently have a physical retail location. Customer support is available through our Contact Us page and at svgsofancys@gmail.com.
2. Acceptance of These Terms
By accessing sofancys.com, creating an account, or purchasing or downloading a product, you agree to these Terms and Conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund and Returns Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the website or purchase our products.
3. Digital Products
All products sold by Sofancys are digital downloads unless a product page clearly states otherwise. No physical product will be shipped. Product pages describe the file formats included and any software or equipment requirements known to us. Customers are responsible for confirming compatibility before purchase.
4. Orders, Prices, and Payments
Prices are displayed in the currency shown at checkout. You agree to provide accurate billing and account information. Orders may be declined or canceled if payment cannot be verified, fraud is suspected, or a pricing or technical error has occurred.
5. Delivery and Downloads
Digital files are generally made available after successful payment. Download access may be provided on the order confirmation page, through your customer account, or by email. If you cannot access a purchased file, contact us with your order information.
6. License and Permitted Use
Your purchase gives you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the digital product according to the license information shown on the applicable product page. Purchasing a file does not transfer copyright or ownership of the underlying design.
You may not resell, share, redistribute, sublicense, upload, or make the original digital files available to others unless the applicable product license expressly allows it. Commercial-use permissions, when offered, apply only as described on the product page or in the included license.
7. Intellectual Property
The website, product files, graphics, branding, and other content are owned by Sofancys or used under applicable rights and are protected by intellectual property laws. Unauthorized copying, distribution, or commercial exploitation is prohibited.
8. Refunds
Because digital products cannot be physically returned, refund eligibility is governed by our Refund and Returns Policy. Contact us promptly if a file is defective, missing, duplicated, or materially different from its description.
9. Customer Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining access to the email address used for your order, protecting your account credentials, downloading and backing up purchased files, and using products in accordance with the applicable license and law.
10. Website Availability and Disclaimer
We work to keep the website and downloads available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Digital files are provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sofancys disclaims warranties not expressly stated on the product page.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Sofancys will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or digital products. Any direct liability relating to a purchase will not exceed the amount paid for that purchase.
